WooCommerce have now implemented the cost of goods field on product page, ideally this field should also be available in the WooCommerce Import Add-On Pro plugin, so that we can import this data directly onto the product page for reporting.

In the meantime, you can import it via the custom fields section - the field name is "_cogs_total_value".
